Many questions and quotes are too involved to answer effectively through e-mail. After addressing phone inquiries our office staff has little time to properly respond to e-mail in a timely manner.
PLEASE do your research ahead of time for your project. It is difficult for us to spend a lot of time on the phone discussing which scope, bullets, cartridge, stock, trigger, (etc.) you should use for your project. These types of questions should be directed to the tech support departments of the manufacturers of those products. If they are questions directly related to our rifle barrels or services we are providing we are more than happy to answer your questions.
PLEASE do not send requests for quote on individual barrels by e-mail. We only get to check e-mail a couple times a week due to the heavy phone volume as well as the other duties we need to attend to and most quotes are too detailed to respond to in a timely manner. If you have questions on catalog pricing for standard contours/calibers, we should be able to answer these questions for you.
If you have a detailed drawing or large quantities that need to be quoted you can send this by e-mail, but please be patient for a response.
E-mail topics (i.e. which action is best, what catrtridge should I use, powders, scopes, bullets, etc.) that are more approriate for a discussion forum or the manufacturer of those products will be deleted unanswered.
